Terms of Service & Refund Policy

Welcome to Ruins of Valthor. By purchasing any digital goods, virtual currency, ranks, or items from our store, you agree to the following legally binding terms:

1. Digital Goods & Instant Delivery

All items, virtual currencies (Gold), chests, and ranks sold on this platform are intangible digital goods. Upon successful payment verification via Stripe, these assets are automatically delivered and credited to your in-game account via webhooks and automated bots.

2. Strict Zero-Refund Policy (No Refunds)

Due to the immediate, non-returnable, and consumable nature of digital assets, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We enforce a strict ZERO-REFUND policy. Once the digital items are delivered to your account, the service is considered fully rendered and completed.

3. Chargebacks and Fraudulent Claims

Any customer who opens an unauthorized dispute or chargeback claim with their bank for fully delivered digital goods will be considered in breach of this agreement.

• Your in-game account (Account ID) and associated Discord identity will be PERMANENTLY BANNED from our network.
• All digital assets, progress, and ranks on your account will be forfeited.
• We will submit our full automated system logs (including Discord logs, Webhook timestamps, and Redis database IP logs) to the bank to contest the claim.
